Effect
The causes are that African-American didn't had access to public establishments such as movie theatres, libraries, and more
After the Civil Rights movement African-American had access to these resources
They didn't had rights to vote and people limited places. They had lack of bad resources
Now, all people are equal and also they can do anything what they want like other people
Racial encounters and the people who treated the African American very unequally.
The congress signed the Civil rights bill at 1963 and more equality against every society
